Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase invoice providing they are returned in perfect, resalable condition. Examine them closely before shipping them back. If the frames are not straight or if the lenses have even minute scratches they are damaged and cannot be returned. If they are in saleable condition they may be exchanged for another pair, or returned for a refund, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If glasses are not in original saleable condition we will return them to you with an explanation. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval of our Customer Service Department.

Note: Computer readers are returnable if they do not have A/R coating. However, there will be a 10% restocking charge for the regular computer progressive lens readers. If you are not sure about how to order, email or call us before placing your order.

If merchandise is defective, email us first as described below, and we will work with you to have the product replaced under warranty.

The returned merchandise must include a copy of your receipt and the eyeglass case in which they were shipped.

We recommend that merchandise be returned using the USPS (U.S. Postal Service) Priority Mail video shipping box. It is durable and the cost is minimal. Do not use a padded envelope.

To return merchandise for exchange or refund please do the following: Email us at : and include in your email with the following information:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email address
  • Receipt number
  • Receipt date
  • Item number and product name
  • Reason for return (damaged, dissatisfied, wrong size, wrong magnification, wrong style, other)
  • Return outcome (replacement, exchange or refund)

We will reply via email with instructions on how and where to send your package.

If the product is defective or arrives damaged, we will refund your cost of the return shipping, and we will pay the shipping costs for a replacement product.
